Cruel Summer

Last night after a long day of interviews, I decided to reward myself with surfing. Of course, I had Zan with me to tackle the big waves.

It was pretty cloudy when we paddled out but the sun decided to peek through.

We stayed on the inside for a bit to get comfortable and ended up having a lot of fun!

I even got a picture of myself this time

Well, my foot at least:)

We got to ride some decent sized waves and the sunset turned out to be amazing

On the hunt

So my job hunt yesterday was a bit cray cray.

First things first, one of my parenting mantras is, ” with enough snacks all things are possible”.

So to begin with, I shoved that kids face with graham crackers, granola bars and whatever delight he wanted to to fill him up.

After that we made it a game because The kid had to be strategically placed while I was trying to schmooze.

It turned out to be a pretty successful trip!
